(You must notify us within 1 week of shipment arrival) If you are not satisfied with the product you received, do not throw away the product. To be eligible to receive a refund on the product, we need to have picture evidence of the damaged, thawed, or spoiled product. We will not refund any purchases without picture evidence. Please email us at (email@example.com) to start the process of refund. Meat that is slightly thawed is likely still salvageable, and should not be thrown away. Product that is thrown away without consulting us first will not be eligible for a refund. If the product was damaged during shipment, we can offer to resend you a similar product. However, the same rules apply as above, we need photo evidence of the damaged packaging. Store credit is an eligible refund option. We can also send you similar products in exchange for the product lost.
