A whole Brisket that would cook well in a smoker or an oven. Again, because this is Grassfed and Grass Finished, these Briskets need all day or all night to cook. Pace yourself, these are soooo worth the wait! Like all of us unique people, our cattle will vary tremendously in their weight, therefore, these Briskets will weigh any where from 5 lbs to 11 lbs. ~ 1 Brisket Per Pack ($8.99 per lb)
